I
have a student in my Stats class who is using a Mac with OS X 10.6.4. She
has installed the Standard GradPack 18 version (6-mo license) of SPSS on this
computer. When using the Chart Builder function under Graphs, she does not see
the OK, Paste, Reset, Cancel and Help buttons in the Chart Builder dialog box.
I am not a Mac user so I am not much help to her. I suggested that she contact
SPSS. Their website instructs students to go to the student’s software
vendor, in this case e-Academy. Of course when she did that, e-Academy said
that she needs to contact SPSS. J
I have personally spent quite a bit of time searching for an answer to
this problem to no avail. Can anyone help me help this student?
