Problem with: SET MITERATE command

Mario Inchiosa
I am having difficulty formatting the SET MITERATE command in a syntax for SPSS 22 and 25. The syntax is a cross-validation MLPMACRO that I have used with several databases of less than 1000 cases and 20 models for each case, and that works fine, but the present full database (2812 cases with 20 models) exceeds the limit of iterations (default of 1000). The output indicated the need to use SET MITERATE to adjust for the number of iterations and I inserted the following command as the first statement in the syntax:  SET MITERATE = {100000}.  But now the output indicates that it is not a valid text format and stops. I have exhausted all possibilities, I think!
Thank you for your help.
Mario

What is up with the {curly braces}?
Lose those and try again.
Don't know where you got that from but that is not valid syntax.
