Problems with .sps file

R C Intrieri

I have a problem with getting SPSS to recognize my .sps files.  I have tried to change to association by using “open with” but that does not seem to work.

Does anybody have a suggestion that I might try – I am down to creating a new user account and all of the work associated with transferring files etc.

So if anyone has a bright idea that I might try – please fire away.

Could you provide a little more detail on what you mean by "does not seem to work"? What happens when you drag and drop a syntax file into the application? What happens when you try to open the file with double-click?
