Producing a correlation matrix using Kendall's Tau-c

All,

I am trying to produce a correlation matrix of Kendall's tau-c
coefficients for a large number of scale items rated using a Likert scale.
Does anyone know how I can do this in SPSS and whether there are any
issues with the use of Kendall's tau-c with Likert data?
