Purchasing SPSS tutorials CD

Dear Mike:

I have tried to send you email many many times over the last two weeks, but
all failed to reach you with a mail delivery failure message. Now I do have
received your email, but again I got a mail delivery failure message when I
sent this email to you. So again I have to take advantage of this SPSS list
to send you email, and I am sorry for all other recipients in the list.

I am a researcher in the Population Institute of People's University of
China, Beijing, China. Two weeks ago, I purchased the CD of SPSS tutorials
with the syntax from the webpage of Department of Statistics - Texas A&M
University. Over the last two weeks, I have only got an confirmation email.
Because the address lines in the online purchase form are too short for me
to write my complete address, I need to let you know my detailed mailing
address. And I have not received any other emails contacting me about the
purchase. And also I am wondering in how many days the CD could be delivered
to me. Please send the CD to the following address:
