R Integration Plug-in for v. 26.0

Gary Rosin-2
I'm having problems installing the R Integration plug-in for v. 26.0

From the Extensions Hub, I got the STATS R35 CONFIGURATION extension, which says its for v 26. I ran it, but the Extension Hub shows all the R-based extensions as not available.
The Extensions Hub has a STATS_R33_ CONFIGURATION, but the infor on that says it's only for v.25. Should I be using that, instead?

Did I install the wrong version of "R3.5?" The CRAN archive shows no entry for "R3.5," only for R3.5.0, R3.5.1, R3.5.2, and R3.5.3. I took 3.5.0 as the original "R3.5" version and installed that. Should I instead install one of the others?

Any R3.5.x should be okay.  I have 3.5.1 installed.
Then run the R35 configuration extension, and specify the location for R3.5.

If you look at the prerequisites for an R-based extension, does it show that the R plugin is installed?

No the Prequisites for the R plug-ins show the R plug-inas not installed (t complement the nice red exclamation mark), even though I specified the directory where 3.5.0 was installed when I ran the 35 configuration extension.

Gary.
