Raynald Levesque's book, 2nd edition

Does anybody have a .PDF of the second edition of Raynald Levesque's book, i.e.

Levesque, Raynald, "SPSS® Programming and Data
Management, 2nd Edition/A Guide for SPSS® and
SAS® Users". SPSS, Inc., Chicago, IL, 2005

It has some material dropped from the 3rd and 4th
editions, so I think it worth having around. I
was *sure* I had a copy, but I can't find it now.
