Those appear to be based on Quantum tables. I can tell by the layout,
sig-testing footer, etc.
The labels are in Chinese of course, and I notice that what appears to
be a base description or question text for each table is in blue -
things you can't do directly from Quantum (or at least, I don't know of
a way, but then I've never tried to create labels in Chinese). I can't
tell you exactly how the labels were created, but I would strongly
suspect there was some post-processing done on the Quantum output to
generate the final tables. But, the basic structure seems to be
ordinary Quantum output.
