I am going to conduct regression analysis using Total Monthly Sales as left-hand variable and Events as an Independent. I just know how many events happened each month at our company (There are 40- 70 each month with different size, we just provide site and service for the events), and also I know that the events attract numerous visitors and promote the sale in our company. Could you please show me how to set up this variable or whether it is possible to estimate the effect of Events on the total month sales?
