Dear all thank you very for this useful information, but i didn’t
distinguish between conditional logistic regression and unconditional is
it a conditional means COXREG?
2- How to run conditional and unconditional LR in SPSS?
Is the conditional can be running in survival analysis part?
and the unconditional in binary logistics? Really I confused
Could you help me in this issue?

Run ordinary (unconditional) binary logistic regression via the LOGISTIC REGRESSION procedure.  Conditional logistic regression can be obtained via the COXREG procedure, as shown here:
