Sorry for this belated reply, but I just joined the list. My niche in life
is reading/converting older and/or "difficult" files and computer media.
For instance, I've converted a great deal of 1970's-80's mainframe data,
including SPSS observation data. Also, just recently figured out and
extracted data dictionary info and data from some old mainframe SPSS
system files that aren't compatible with current versions. Perhaps I can
help in this case.
