With a little trouble, summary information like this can be reworked
into an SPSS matrix data file; matrix data files are the way to enter
summary data, as opposed to full data, to an SPSS procedure for
analysis.
From a quick look, of the programs that estimate linear models, only
ONEWAY and REGRESSION seem to accept matrix data files as input. Do you
have a 2x2 design, 'Line' by 'Chemo/Targeted'? (That is, are you
comparing all 4 means?) If so, ONEWAY probably won't suit you; creating
a model for REGRESSSION using dummy variables is probably your best
bet.
Apologies: you sound like this is your first time analyzing any data,
and this is getting technical pretty fast. You may want to find
somebody at your institution, or at a nearby university, who can give
you more detailed help than we'll be able to, here on the list.
-Good luck and best wishes,
Richard
