Re: query about spss 12 (error in data file)

Can anyone provide directions regarding how exactly to download the
spssd.conf file to my computer from
ftp://ftp.spss.com/pub/spss/windows/26567/14.0.x/? I can only seem to get
it in a text file.

Please help! I desperately need my SPSS!
