Recent updates for SPSS Statistics on the SPSS Community site

Here is a summary of updates and new items on the SPSS Community site (migrating soon to the new Predictive Analytics site at https://developer.ibm.com/predictiveanalytics/)
Python:
SPSSINC TRANS:                 minor UPDATE
SPSSINC RAKE:                 UPDATE to take control totals from a dataset (important for large problems); more control over output, include the demo data in the download
SPSSINC GETSAV DATASET:         NEW extension to assign a permanent dataset name to a sav or zsav file
SPSSINC MODIFY TABLES:        minor UPDATE
SPSSINC CENSOR TABLES:         UPDATE to fix bug with tables with layers and an incompatibility with Statistics V23
SPSSINC SELECT VARIABLES: UPDATE to provide more sorting control over generated variable list
SPSSINC TURF:                 UPDATE provides a very major performance improvements for large problems (patent applied for)
spssaux2.py:                         UPDATE provides a new class, tSubmit, for easier timing of blocks of SPSS syntax
STATS FLEISS KAPPA:        UPDATE fixes a compatibility problem that affects some Statistics versions
STATS WEIGHTED KAPPA        UPDATE  fixes a compatibility problem that affects some Statistics versions

R:
STATS COMPRISK:                 NEW command for comparative risk in survival analysis
SPSSINC QUANTREG:         UPDATE supporting SPSS weight and split files
STATS FIRTHLOG:                 UPDATE to allow control of factor reference category and weight support
STATS RELIMP:                 UPDATE for better handling of errors and warnings
STATS C50 TREE:                 NEW command for building tree models using C5.0 algorithm

The new and updated extension commands can be download via the Utilities menu in Statistics 22 or later.  For older versions, they can be downloaded from the Extension Commands Collection at
