Release date for SPSS 21??

David Marso
Administrator
I recently saw a reference to a bug in SPSS 20 (can't find it) which suggested updating to ver 21 as a resolution.  That leads me to believe that release of 21 might be soon.  Reason I ask is I may have an opportunity to secure a copy of SPSS as part of a new consulting contract.  I am reluctant to acquire version 20 if 21 is right around the corner.  Any thoughts from people closer to the inner sanctum?   I would think there would be something on the IBM site?
Please reply to the list and not to my personal email.
Those desiring my consulting or training services please feel free to email me.

IBM has a strict policy against any preannouncements, so there is nothing that can be said at this time.

According to wikipedia, annual release date for SPSS is August 16th, I supposed it would be the same this year. Besides, there is a webinar about ver.21 host in Aug. 16th. check it out :)
