I want to run a repeated measures MANOVA with SPSS (version 16.0).
I have two independent variables and three dependent variables.
When I look at the outputs provided by SPSS, I find two different tables: "Multivariate Tests" and "Multivariate".
Note that in my case the values of the two tables are different.
Looking at the "Multivariate Tests", I get an error in correspondence of one of the independent variables and of the combination of the two independent variables: "Cannot produce multivariate test statistics because of insufficient residual degrees of freedom".
This doesn't appear in the table "Multivariate".
Does this mean that I can't perform a MANOVA in my case?
Which of the two tables should I look at?
