Request for help with an analysis

Hello! Could anyone please help me to do Multilevel multinomial mixed effects
model for categorical outcomes? I am using IBM SPSS Statistics 23

A footnote to my last post on this. The chapter is based on SAS. There is a link to the full pdf text of Bruce's recommendation. It's
