Resources for learning CTABLES

Can anyone advise me on resources (i.e., lots of examples) for learning CTABLES?

 

I am burning up a lot ot time trying to figure out simple stuff, like how to make a cumulative percent column.

AFAIK, CTABLES does not provide a cumulative percent stat.
