Rounding rules in Ctables - change between SPSS Versions 20 and following?

Schwarzerzander
Hi,
i found something odd today. Using different versions of SPSS matters for the presentation of data in Ctables.

In version 20 the value 28.5 is displayed as 28, beginning with version 21, the value appears as 29.

I couldnt find documentation on this. Does anyone out here know what is behind this?

Thanks for helping out,

Steve

You should see the full precision value if you click in the cell.  There were some changes made to the rounding for display code sometime in there in order to make the behavior in the backend and in the pivot tables completely consistent.  IIRC, this only affected the .5 edge case.
