Rules of thumb for Standardized item loading, AVE and Composite Reliability

I am doing CFA to re-validate an existing social support scale using AMOS.

Can you suggest a reference that deals about the rules of thumb on the acceptable values of the AVE and standardized coefficient of item with the construct (or standardized regression weights in AMOS)?
