SAX BASIC to Python

I have a SAX BASIC script using Dialoges ("Begin Dialog UserDialog ... "). This script shall be converted into Python.
 
I only know dialogues from BASIC (or dialects of BASIC like SAX) but not from Python. But just to make sure: Does that exist in the IBM-SPSS/Python integration?
