SAX basic question

Mike P-5
I'm doing some TS modeling and want to automatically transpose the model
summary table that is produced.

I know I can do this by right clicking the table and bringing up the
autoscripts for the table.  But can't find / remember the command to
transpose.

Can anyone enlighten me please

Mike

Sub TSModel_Table_ModelStatistics_Create(objTable As Object,
objOutputDoc As Object, lngIndex As Long)
'Autoscript
'Trigger Event: ModelStatistics Table Creation after running TSModel
procedure.

End Sub

Michael

I'm not completely sure whether I get your question right but as I
understand it you have an output in a table defined by various factors.
If this is the case then opening the table by
1 clicking it
2 followed by rightclicking
3 choosing pivoting trays
4 move the variables around in the small window from columns to rows to
layer might help you if your data are organised in a longitudinal format
Good luck

Another solution could be to copy the table into excel and use its copy,
paste special, with a tick off in transpose data and then reinsert it into
word or where ever you might need it.

Thanks Erik,

This is not quiet what I want, within SPSS there are autoscripts that
fire off when tables are created, (double click into a table and
right-click, you will see edit autoscript)

There is a function that will transpose the table each time the
procedure is run, thus eliminating the need to do this by hand each time

Cheers for your input anyway

Mike
