Hallo,
we have the annoying bug, that after the upgrade from SPSS 16.0.0/english to
16.0.1 on a mac SPSS crashes after short time. This was mysterious for a
long time, but now we know the reason: The license server and SPSS
16.0.1/16.0.2 are incompatible. If we get a commuter license form the
server, SPSS works well. This has been reproduced under several conditions
and Several Computers (one is quite new):
SPSS 16.0.1 and SPSS 16.0.2
PowerP Mac Os X 15.4 (Tiger)
Inter Mac OS X 15.5 (Leopard) (all releases)
The error message is:
