I have tried to intall the patch file on my computer but the file will not run through the entire set up. During the set up it asks for the "user ID and password for your SPSS Collaboration and Deployment Services administrator account". My software is licensed to our school and they don't seem to know what I am talking about when I asked them. I would appreciate any help to resolve the issue.
