SPSS 21 download

Yet another FUBAR from IBM.  Monica Young at IBM has done her best, but this is now well beyond a joke.  Here’s my last resort appeal to SPSS France.

I am a recognised academic author for SPSS.

I have now lost three days’ work because my SPSS 19 stopped working without any warning from IBM.  I put in an order for SPSS 21, but the downloads take far too long and get interrupted.  This has now happened three times!

 

J’ai maintenant perdu trios jours de travail parce-que mon permis SPSS 19 est expiré.  J’ai commandé SPSS 21 mais le téléchargement est beaucooup trop longue est il est toujours intérrompu.  Il s’est passé maintenant trois fois!

All I really want is to renew my academic author licence for SPSS 19.

Je ne veux que renouveler mon permis académique pour SPSS 19.

Why spss france?
Is it because spss uk does not exist?

I am listening to an R seminar, as so fed up with spss
Needed to reload spss 21 & it wouldn’t let me because I’d already dwonladed to that computer
UK does not seem to have anyone any more

Pit beacues the mixed model facilities are really nice
