SPSS Complex Samples - clustering correction?

I have a two-level data set: Survey of patients attributed to practices. With the SPSS Complex Samples Analysis preparation Wizard, I set Strata, Clusters, and Sample Weight. Using this plan file, I want to conduct a CLM analysis. Would this include clustering correction? If not, how can I correct for clustering at the practice level?

Basic question context:
I have a data from a patient survey. Patients are divided into intervention and control groups. But, within each group, patients can potentially come from the same primary care practice.

Question in general terms:
(a) If appropriately specified, can (b) Complex Samples Analysis account for clustering at the practice level?

More specifically:
(a) With the SPSS Complex Samples Analysis preparation Wizard, I set Strata, Cluster (practice variable), and Sample Weight.
Using the resultant plan file, I want to conduct a CLM analysis.
(b) Would this analysis include adjustment for clustering (potential non-independence of survey scores within the same practice)?

Was a sampling plan or sampling design specified ahead of time to select practices to be contacted for participation? Or, were a convenience sample of practices identified and contacted until enough practices had been enrolled?
