This indicates that there is something wrong with your SPSS 14 installation. What it is saying is that the main error message file is not present where expected. And error 835, which it is trying to look up in that file, has text
The OLANG subcommand of the SET command cannot set the output language for the given keyword.
That means that the text files that define the output are also not present - or at least it cannot find them.
Look at c:\program files\spss14\en\windows
It should have about 87 files in it with extensions of err or sbb.
You might need to reinstall.
If this doesn't help, you should contact SPSS Technical Support.
