Often, management of cases with missing data is an option within the specific procedure you wish to execute. I would encourage you to look through the options available for the procedure(s) you want to run, and therein you'll likely find the option to include or exclude cases with missing data.

I am just wondering whether the SPSS MVA (Missing Value Analysis) is capable
of automatically deleting cases with missing values (using listwise
deletion) or else are we suppossed to manually delete all cases with missing
