We have a project where we are trying to extract categories from
open-ended question responses. On the software, you press the extract
button and it categorizes the comments. We have a strange issue
occurring. The extraction is working on one computer but not on another
computer. We follow the same procedures for importing the data and
extracting but one computer is unable to perform this operation (it was
previously able to do this)
Any ideas?
