Is it possible to download the Viewer for SPSS 20 separately? Could not find a link on IBM.

A link to the (free) Smartreader for Statistics can be found on the SPSS Community site (www.ibm.com/developerworks/spssdevcentral).  Click on Downloads for SPSS Statistics, and your will see a section on the Smartreader.
