I have received memory errors with mixed models before, usually associated
with random effects. I am surprised that SPSS would crash for a memory
problem before it gives and error.

Subject
SPSS crash with mixed model
Hi.
Sorry to bother you.
I was just wondering if anyone has had experience of SPSS crashing with
mixed effects models? When I run the syntax below SPSS crashes. However,
if
I don't try to get it to save the predicted values it runs fine.
Could it be a memory problem? This is a data set with >18000 rows of data.
Any help with this will be gratefully received!
Thanks for your time
- Mike
