SPSS locking up

Hi All,

 

I thought I’d ask quick question here and then move on to tech support if needed.  I am having an issue with the help menu in SPSS 22.0.0.1.  If I try to click on either Topics or Tutorial, my system completely locks up (Windows 7 -- 64-bit).  I have to go to task manager to force SPSS to shut down.  This morning, I uninstalled SPSS and did a full reinstall.   I just downloaded the latest fix pack again.  The issue is still there.  Has anyone else experienced this problem?

It can be a tad slow, a second or two delay, but otherwise no problems. It opens up a .htm file so ensure which ever program is setup to open that type of file is working OK i.e. Internet Explorer.
