SPSS syntax

Charlotte-9
Dear all,

I would really like to become proficient at using SPSS syntax to perform
my analyses rather than relying on the GUI.  Aside from using the 'paste'
command in SPSS and learning from there, can anyone recommend a good book
which I can use as a reference/guide while I learn?

Many thanks,

Lou
