Hello All,
I have been working with the Trial version of SPSS v.19 and have come across a discrepancy in the outputs I get after running Codebook and Frequencies on one variable (Education attainment) that has the following codes and labels:
When I run Frequencies (Analyze --> Descriptive Statistics --> Frequencies) I can see all the codes, but when I run Codebook (Analyze --> Reports --> Codebook) the code 0 is not reflected in the output.
Can anybody please suggest an explanation? Is this a bug?
Thanks in advance.

I have not yet used CODEBOOK. But try this.
go to the "variables view" and see if you have a label for zero. If not enter one via the variables view.
