SPSS without graphical interface

I was wondering if there is a way of using SPSS through command prompt without graphical interface.

The python integration plugin will allow you to do that. Of course, you need to be able to do some elementary programming in python. For basics go to:

To install you need to set up an account with developer central.

Just getting spss programs to work in python is pretty simple. Python runs spss tons faster without the graphic interface open.

You can run jobs from a command prompt using a "production job".  Search for "production job"  or "command line" in the help.
