That's bizarre. Custom Tables should, of course appear under Analyze in all the windows. Some menu items are window specific, but not that one. The most likely cause is some permission problems or corrupted Registry entries.
If you are comfortable editing the Registry, you could try this.
run regedit
Find this key
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\JavaSoft\Prefs\com\ibm\/S/P/S/S\/Statistics\24.0\ui\doc_types\dataeditor\menus
delete the key
close Regedit and restart Statistics. Statistics will rebuild the menu structure.
You could delete the whole set of Statistics preference entries in the Registry, but I would try this more targeted action first.
