SQL/ODBC problem

sue porter
Has anyone encountered this problem:

When using the SPSS database connection wizard, the resulting data file has
variable names, but no data (there are data in the source file). Here are
the syntax and error messages created by the wizard:

GET DATA
  /TYPE=ODBC
  /CONNECT='DSN=ISUAT_D;UID=hdsmp02;PWD=/v!c+r%H//,%#,!
#;DBALIAS=ISUAT_D;PATCH1=131072;LOBMAX
COLUMNSIZE=1048575;LONGDATACOMPAT=1;MAP
   BIGINTCDEFAULT=1;'
  /SQL='SELECT CASELOAD_ID, MASTER_ID, CASE_ID, PROGRAM_AREA_CD FROM
ODS.IS_CLIENT_CASELOAD'
  /ASSUMEDSTRWIDTH=255.
CACHE.
EXECUTE.

>Warning.  Command name: EXECUTE
>SQLFetch (getting tables) failed :[IBM][CLI Driver] CLI0165E  Error in
row. SQLSTATE=01S01

Any tips on what the problem is would be much appreciated!

Thanks,

Sue
