Script for conditional change colour

dear listers,
 I'm looking for a script for highlighting some cells under a computational
condition.

I mean, when a cell is over the difference of the cells of COL1-COL2 of a
pivot table, it's highlighted.

I dont need the complete script, but just some 'base' for start....

on issues 19, 20 and 21 from Pivot Tables.
you will find what you need.
