When I create a multiple panelled scatterplot in SPSS 21, by using
categorical variables for both rows and columns, I get a figure with
four axis legends - left, right, top and bottom. Whilst I can select and
edit the top label (referring to the column variable) and the right
label (referring to the row variable), no matter how much I click I
cannot select and edit the labels for the X and Y variables (on the
bottom and left axes respectively).
I originally tried this through 'Legacy dialogs', but had no more
success when switching to 'Chart builder' as the means of creating the
graph.
Any advice gratefully received.
