Boy, I am really getting into difficulties this day! I have another problem
with this large file (1000+ variables) The variables has variable and value
labels randomly in upper or lower case. I know how to convert all the labels
to lower case (LOCASE) but how do I after that convert the first letter of
all the labels into upper case?
Is there a way? (I'm not yet familiar with Python!).
