Sensitivity, Specificity and ROC Curve

Dear All,

Any one who could help me about sensitivity, specificity and ROC Curve. I've three variables one is numeric and others are categorical listed below,

1. total neutrophil   2. CRP (Positive, Negative)    3. Blood Culture(Positive, Negative)

I would like to calculate sensitivities, specificities and ROC Curve of total neutrophil by using CRP and Blood Culture as gold standard.

I want to calculate in SPSS. I will be pleased to provide further information you may need and waiting your consecutive responses as well.
