Hello!
I’m trying to print a client report today, and my
general printer default options for all programs is 2-sided, black & white
(to conserve paper/save ink). I am trying to print this report in color, single
sided (because the print preview in PASW 18 always seem to show a blank first
page for me). When I highlight the output that I want to print and hit File,
Page Setup, Printer, Properties, and change the settings to single sided,
color, OK...then back to the File/Print menu and tell it to print, it always comes
out 2-sided black & white. The changes that I made during page setup are
not being held until I actually hit the print button. (And there is no print
button on the page setup screen).
Then I tried changing my default printer options (through
the control panel), and now when I hit print, nothing happens at all (no print
output emerges).
What am I doing wrong?
I’m going to start panicking soon, as my report is
due in a few hours…!
