Hello,
I have just installed SPSS 19 and the hotfix I have found on support.spss.com and I am now trying to read a simple 127 kb .csv file - the same I have read dozens of times with prior versions of SPSS - but the processor hangs on the last execute command and after a couple of minutes - while all applications considerably slow down - I get "processor not available".
Can anyone suggest what's going on here?
BTW I can run other bits of syntax as usual...
