I am looking for a programmer/statistical consultant with the skill set
and immediate availability to accomplish the following tasks:
1. Analyze a software program written in C++, used to manipulate a .dat
file generated via scantron, for potential problems related to the dataset
statistics or individual profiles generated.
2. Rewrite a program in SPSS syntax that can accomplish the same results.
