Sorting in GPL - Highest to lowest score

Mark Webb-5
I have a bar graph - Average rating of various hospitals.
By default the hospitals are sorted alphabetically.
I want then sorted from highest to lowest score.
Have look at GPL Reference Guide & find 4 sorting functions but none of
them seem to do what I want.
Is this possible ?
