Suggest having windows like value labels in data view expand to show contents

Is there a way to have pop-up windows like those that come up when you click   value labels in data view automatically expand left to right and   top to bottom  to show the all the values ad the width of the values.

Not quite automatically but the short cut <Windows key> + <Left arrow> or <Right arrow> work on those dialog boxes and any others (which will help increase its size).

The <utilities> <variables> approach gives me a window that I have to stretch with the mouse.

The <windows> <arrow> approach gives a big window that I have to shrink with the mouse.

I was hoping for an option that would set pop-up windows to automatically expand to fit the contents.
The automation would be to expand the window with the information, the blue border could almost disappear.

It may turn out this is a Windows improvement no something SPSS could improve, but I thought I would ask.

When I find my  self doing something repetitively, I think of that as a candidate for automation.
