Support problems

If there is somebody from spss on the list now, I'd very much like them to
reply directly to me. The basic problem is what does this mean and how do I
fix it this afternoon.

Upon starting spss16 I got error 2072, symptom 307.

I went to the website and got a tech support login and password. When I used
that login/ password I may have logged in (because I couldn't access the
login box again) but could access nothing useful. Thus a second level
problem. How do you login to tech support and access the problem databases?
Anyone on this please.

I retract my previous message. Nobody need reply. Although the problem
remains, I got into the support page and saw the problem description and
resolution.
