Syntax issues with spss 20.0 for MAC grad pack

Does this version of spss for mac have capabilities to run syntax? We're having trouble.

AFAIK: GP is a complete version: Hence, YES it can run syntax.
You could have saved an iteration in this thread by describing what "We're having trouble" means?
