Table not copying

The UK Poverty and Social Exclusion survey 2012 has a list of 13 items, payment for which may be in arrears.

 

count debts = indebt1 to indebt13 (1).

formats debts (f2.0).

var lev debts (scale).

var lab debts 'Number of items in arrears'.

freq debts.

I edited this in Pivot Tables to:

 

Number of items in arrears
		Valid Percent

	4	2.0
	5	1.1
	6	0.8
	7	0.6
	8	0.2
	9	0.1
	10	0.0
	11	0.0
	13	0.0
	N = 100%	12097

 

After further editing of the (hidden) border between the label and the items to narrow the column and hide "Valid" all I get when copying to Word or Outlookis:

When copied to Excel it is OK:
