Tabular output from aggregated data?

Robert L

I have got this dataset with aggregated/calculated  data, variables such as county, year and the percentage in the population with a BMI over 25 for each combination of county and year. To present these numbers, it would be handy if they could be set up in an ordinary table.

In Chart Builder, there is the option of using VALUE instead of the default choice of MEAN when the variable at hand is defined as a scale varaiable. Any way something similar could be done with for example Custom tables?

There is also the PRINT command. It works, but since the numerical codes rather than labels are printed, it would save some time to have the variables with their  labels in a table format from the beginning.

Suggestions, anyone?

Robert

It sounds like each cell would have just one case in it, since the data are aggregated, so wouldn't the mean statistic be just the value?

Jon, spot on, thanks. Guess I made things more complicated than they have to
be. Happens every now and then...
